Description

Search Industrial Glasgow are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to come join our team in the Glasgow Office.

This involves

  • Lead generation.
  • Filling temporary cleaning, kitchen porter and hospitality bookings, dealing with payroll, processing time sheets and general admin.
  • You will be expected to answer the phones, conduct prescreening telephone interviews, face to face interviews and set up temporary workers for jobs.
  • Be on call every 3rd weekend

Key Requirements

  • Confident phone manner and comfortable speaking with professionals at different levels
  • The ability to multitask, work to deadlines and prioritise. You must be able to adapt to changing workloads, working within the recruitment industry is fastpaced and no day is the same so you can expect adhoc tasks to come your way.
  • Confident and professional manner
  • A good understanding of social media platforms.
  • Drivers Licence
