Position:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Admin Assistant.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in administration while maintaining a flexible work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team on a parttime basis (20 hours/week).
  • Assist with general office duties
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is uptodate and easily accessible.
  • Support with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements within the specified work hours.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Stock control and hardware purchasing.
  • Scheduling site visits.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daytoday operations.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively within the specified hours (10am 3pm).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute positively to the team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
