Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Officer at UCLan - Join our Team

Initially you will be leading the development of our Race Equality Charter, working with a self-assessment team from across our university community.

As the EDI Officer, you will work closely with external organisations, internal working groups, and key stakeholders, developing evidence-based actions and interventions and coordinating the submission.

You will provide expert advice and support to colleagues across UCLan, ensuring compliance with relevant EDI legislation and drawing from best practices in and outside of the Higher Education sector to drive positive change.
