Position:
Insurance Administrator


Location:
New Milton


Contract: 3 months Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 35 hours per week


Salary:
£24,000 per annum (Pro-Rata)


Our client based in New Milton are a highly respected, trusted broker specialising in providing comprehensive insurance cover for property and resident management companies.

They offer a range of insurance products to a diverse range of businesses and customers.


As an Insurance Administrator, you will be contributing to a well-respected and trusted insurance broker with a friendly and dedicated team, that provides cover for properties, large or small.


Main Purpose of Job

  • Ensuring compliance with FCA requirements
  • Ensuring policy and client records are kept up to date and contain required information.
  • Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing a superior service to all internal and external customers
  • Supporting others in the team
  • Liaising with clients, brokers, and insurers in the administration of contracts of insurance
  • Preparing new business & renewal terms and quotations

Experience Required

  • A high degree of organisation and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail is important in conjunction with excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Previous administration experience preferred.
  • Adaptable and able to work under pressure and to deadlines.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months


Pay:
From £24,000.00 per year
