  • Complete ontarget earnings of up to £26,000 per year
  • Basic Salary of £16,000 to £18,000 (Dependent on experience)
  • Performance Related Bonus of £600 to £750 for your first 2 months of employment

What you'll be doing as a Lettings Negotiator with haart Estate Agents in Slough

  • Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
  • A focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills of a Lettings Negotiator with haart Estate Agents in Slough

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Strong customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings

To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:


  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK _(in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) _
  • We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need

  • National Insurance
  • Drivers Licence Check
