About the Role

Role Responsibilities

  • Ask pertinent questions to ascertain the nature of the reported fault by providing the necessary support to resolve the issues and log calls for an assigned Engineer to resolve if necessary.
  • Organise parts to be sent to site and provide the necessary quotations to clients for chargeable works to be undertaken.
  • Support the Planner and Service Delivery team on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure all information is detailed and kept up to date on both internal CRM systems.
  • Maintain good technical knowledge of BRITA Vivreau products and "first fix" processes.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

About You

You will be a professional, solutions orientated individual possessing a positive "can do" attitude with a minimum of at at least 2 years experience within a similar Customer Service environment.

You will need to be highly organised, detailed and enjoy workingin a busy, KPI driven office. You must be prepared to work on site Monday - Friday.

It goes without saying you will be driven, focused, empathetic and commercially savvy and you will possess communication skills that are second to none
