Our client are an established estate agency with multiple offices providing excellent services to their clients. They are seeking a
Junior Negotiator to join their team in Kent.

The Role:

As a
Junior Negotiator, **you will be a self-starter with a passion for property and aptitude for learning. You will be a good communicator who can liaise with customers.

Duties:

You will be carrying out property salesrelated tasks
Identify potential buyers and sellers
Supporting viewings and valuations

Requirements:

You will have previous experience in the property industry(desirable)
Must have a background in sales, or customer services
Must drive and be willing to commute.
Be enthusiastic about property and sales
Be a selfstarter with good organisational skills
