Your role:


You will work as part of the Active Suffolk team who develop, coordinate and deliver programmes, initiatives and projects with the aim of increasing participation in physical activity and sport and tackling inequalities within local communities.


You will be supporting and delivering on key countywide programmes and initiatives within the children and young people area of work, ensuring that Suffolk's young people are given the best opportunities to lead active and healthy lives.


You must have excellent communication, listening and organisation skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

How you'll work

Your office base


Our main office is based at Riduna Park, Melton and is located directly opposite Melton train station with direct train links to Lowestoft and Ipswich.

There are bike shelters and showers available on site.
