Digital Marketing Executive (Hybrid working)

  • Salary: £26,000 pa
  • Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid Working (3 days WFH / 2 days in the office)
  • 9am5pm
  • 37.5 hours per week
Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their Milton Keynes based Marketing team.

This position will involve a mixture of home and office-based working.


The job will involve

  • Being responsible for processing orders, providing quotes, chasing creative, preparing artwork, and gaining approval for delivery of campaigns within a tight time frame.
  • Acting as a link between our Account Managers, customers, media / creative agencies to ensure campaigns are broadcast on time.
  • Solving HTML errors & problems to ensure the correct rendering of a customer's campaign.
  • Creating Facebook adverts ensuring correct lists are added.
  • Providing postcampaign analysis, including creative consultation and best practice advice to customers.
  • Ensuring Text Content Guidelines are followed by customers and advising of said guidelines where necessary.
  • Attending and actively contributing to meetings or projects that benefit the wider team, including, new product and process training, and sharing sessions.
  • Any other administrative / support tasks as required.
  • Supporting other Customer Experience Teams, where necessary, to ensure our customers are receiving exceptional service.

The Person will

  • Have excellent organisation and campaign management skills. You'll need them to balance multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Be a strong communicator
    who forms positive relationships with both colleagues and customers

  • Have prior knowledge of using Adobe Dreamweaver to code HTML files and basic knowledge of Photoshop is desirable but not essential.
  • Be flexible in approach and willing to embrace change
  • Be a good problem solver: able to find solutions for customers as well as HTML code issues
  • Continually looks to drive improvement we can always be better
  • Be driven to exceed customer's expectations
  • Have the ability to be adaptable and work outside of a set process where required, able to use your initiative and judgement to best handle the request.
