Omnes healthcare are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

In this critical role within our business and you will play a key part in developing and implementing our recruitment plan.

You will work with the Recruitment Manager on specific recruitment strategies and projects, supporting the business to reduce reliance on agency
You will manage relationships with recruitment agencies on our PSL, proactively reviewing spend and negotiating terms/rates
You will own the recruitment for new contact mobilisations, working closely with the business development team to ensure we are aware of upcoming tenders
You will build talent pipelines to fill current roles and to future pipeline for roles to drive improvements in time to hire

Proactively establishing and maintaining beneficial business relationships through network with industry contacts, association members, trade groups, employment groups and/or social media.

About you
Must have demonstrable experience of recruiting at all levels

We are looking for someone with healthcare recruitment experience, who is aware of the challenges recruiting within the healthcare sector can bring.

You will be proactive and creative, finding new ways of working and attracting talent, actively head hunting and generating leads at all levels from Clinicians and Nurses to support staff.

You will need to be able to multi task as you will be working on both recruitment projects, and will also be accountable for the roles that you are assigned.

Proven ability to work well under pressure and respond to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency.
