You will be joining the Community team as an Associate Director, where you will have the opportunity to work across topics such as public health, housing, welfare, mental health as well as other meaningful areas.
KEY DUTIES
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, acting as first point of contact and offering valuable advice across every stage of the research process
- As Associate Director, you will manage a team of fellow researchers and lead on outputs from inception to final delivery
- Attend and contribute to new business pitches, also working in partnership with other departments (Education & Economy team)
- Utilise both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, going on to produce insightful stories from gathered data and analysis
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in the utilisation of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, able to employ sophisticated analysis techniques
- You will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and be able to decisively react to changing circumstances
- Strong communication skills & the ability to work effectively as a team is essential
- Possess excellent creative problemsolving skills and a trained eye for detail
