Description

This is a great new role for an experienced Receptionist to join a great facilities team within a fantastic and established Private Equity company.

You will be working for a company that has a passion for delivering high quality and reliable results.


Their office is based in the West End and you will required to be in the office 5 days a week.


The Role

  • Managing over 10 meeting rooms
  • Event preparation
  • Welcome guests and help navigate them through the office
  • Management of meeting room booking
  • Meeting room preparations
  • Health and Safe
  • Office duties such as printing, scanning, receiving post/couriers
  • Adhoc tasks necessary to the office
This is a great role for a experienced Receptionist working alongside other members of Reception

  • Someone who is dynamic and positive
  • Highly organised with a can do attidtue
  • You will be proactive and focused and who takes pride in their presentation

Requirements:


  • 3 plus years' working on Reception, FOH or Facilities
  • Happy to work 84.30pm or pm.
  • Clear, confident communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised and plans ahead
  • Efficient problem solver and great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
