Shift Pattern: 35 hours, Monday to Sunday

Shift Patterns - Early Mid Afternoon/ evening sleep in Additional Sleep-in allowance £88.57 per sleep-in (required 6/7 times per month)

Salary and Benefits

For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary of

Overview of the Role
I am looking for a full-time Housing Support Worker. You will be supporting those who have recently been out on the street and sleeping rough.

You will work with service users who may have; recently moved into permanent accommodation, may be in temporary accommodation, or could still be sleeping rough.

You will provide intensive, wrap around support to address their accommodation needs as well as any other areas due to their complex, entrenched nature.

You will build trust and support service users to navigate them through pathways and progress towards a life away from the streets and homelessness.

You will be a great communicator, building strong relationships with external agencies in order to reduce the number of people returning to the streets and supporting them to access relevant services to address their needs.

Delivering person centred support to service users, enabling them to secure suitable accommodation and to meet their immediate needs, enabling them to live a more sustainable and fulfilling life.
