We have several opportunities for customer focused individuals who want to work in a friendly and supportive environment as part of our two week wait outpatient booking team at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill.


The roles involve undertaking a variety of tasks relating to booking and managing suspected cancer referrals and appointments including answering incoming calls and liaising with patients and other internal stakeholders.


Outpatient Booking Officers help fully utilise clinics and ensure that patients are booked in accordance with the Trusts referral to treatment policy and national waiting times related to cancer referrals.

We offer permanent part-time roles working 27.

5 hours based on a 4 week rota:

  • Week 1 Mon
  • Fri 07:4-13:1
  • Week 2 Mon
  • Fri 13:30
  • 19:00


  • Week 3 Mon

  • Sat 07:4
  • 13:1
5 with a designated day off during that week
  • Week 4 Mon
    • Fri 13:30
    • 19:00
