Job Description:


The Role:


We are currently seeking a Multi-Site Supervisor who will report to the Mult-Site Assistant Store Manager as part of our team in Heathrow Terminal's 2, 4 and 5.


How you will contribute:

  • Deputise for Management and act as a point of reference when they are not in store.
  • Support Management to ensure that policies and procedures are properly followed.
  • Effectively resolve client complaints or conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
  • Achieve sales targets achievements in line with company strategy
  • Supports Management to find effective solutions which maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM and Client Book.
  • Role model the following of the company standards and procedures and lead by example.
  • Keep stock info updated and follow storeto
- store transfer request procedures.

  • Inspires trust by displaying honesty and contributes to creating and maintaining a positive environment, especially in critical situations.
  • Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards and policies
  • Identify and evaluate individual team member's strengths and areas of improvements based on observation and measurable results. Give effective feedback to obtain skills and performance improvement.
  • Deliver the monthly touch base with the supervision of the ASM or SM.
  • Guarantee all procedures are properly followed when SM or ASM are not there.
