Administration Assistant urgently required to join the team here at
Synaptik, working to meet demands for an on-going project on the Isle of Man, where all accommodation, travel and expenses are covered to ensure you arrive on the island and are ready to commence work.
Job Purpose:
Admin Assistant:
- Previous Administration experience
- Min 1 year
- Excellent communications skills
- Oral & Written
- Experience of Data Entry
- Experience of working with confidential documents
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process test results
- Filing patient records
- Opening/Processing to relevant department
- Stock Management
- Telephone
- Incoming/Outgoing
Job Types:
Temporary contract, Freelance, Full-time
Salary:
£52,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Liverpool: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
