Are you an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor looking for your next career move? My client, a renowned national consultancy, is looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor in Edinburgh.


Your Role
Working within public market sectors, including healthcare, industrial, retail and education, you will be required to carry out a range of Building Surveying duties, including:

  • Condition surveys
  • Dilapidations
  • Preacquisition surveys
  • Party wall
  • Defect diagnosis and many more

Your Experience

  • MRICS qualified
  • Building Surveying degree
  • Client focused
  • Strong Building pathology and technical knowledge
  • Collaborative approach and good teamwork

Your Rewards
