Whether your interests would be in the various elements of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Containment and Correction of issues during Production and New Product Development, Warranty, Product Life Cycle Management, troubleshooting issues internally and with suppliers to maintain our high standards, ensuring we comply with all industry regulations, you will be given rounded exposure to all areas supported by a wide range of experts in their field.


Working on a two-year training contract across all areas of the quality team, you will deliver day-to-day tasks and projects that improve operational performance, quality, cost and delivery of our world class yachts, including new product introduction.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

  • At least a 2:1 bachelor's degree (predicted or achieved) in Manufacturing/Design, Business degree or similar
  • Desirable but not required: Previous experience reading technical drawings
