Are you looking for the opportunity to play a pivotal role in a global, multi-billion dollar company based in Crawley?

This could be your next challenge

Responsible for providing strong, professional and compliant administration support to the Sales and Service team, this role will include:

  • Creating sales and service quotes
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Coordinating deliveries and preparing relevant paperwork
  • Issuing invoices
  • Keeping the CRM up to date and accurate
  • First point of contact between internal departments and freight forwarders


You will have previous experience within a similar role, well developed communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively to meet changing timescales.
