We are searching for a Senior UX Designer to join a much loved and award winning digital product design agency in Bristol.

This agency excels in delivering award winning user-centred products and experiences.

The opportunities give huge scope for a senior UX practitioner to make an impact at the agency, without the pressure of running a team.

The projects you'll be working on are absolutely phenomenal creative big budget site re-designs.

There's also a wide range of service design, app and product design briefs for a whole host of big brands.

Variety is the spice of life here.

Salary:
c. £55,000 to £65,000

Location:
Bristol

Working pattern: 2 days in the office, the rest can be at home.

Required skills and experience
You need to be experienced in designing and running user research and discovery projects.

You're proficient in usability testing, research, IA, sitemaps, and user flows.

You're confident building design systems and leading and engaging clients and internal project teams, giving guidance and governance.

A working knowledge of government digital service (GDS) standards would be useful for future project opportunities, but this isn't essential.

You will be asked at times to lead on pitches where user experience or service design is a key element, so must be comfortable building pitch decks and presenting them.
