Description
We are looking for a
Warehousing and Lean Manufacturing Tutor to join our Peterborough Skills Centre.

You will deliver innovative, engaging and motivational sessions to our learners, to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours and support them with their long-term goals and career aspirations.


We have a number of exciting opportunities for
Sessional Skills Tutors to support us on a short-term contract to deliver
Skills training in Peterborough.


What we are looking for
You should have a passion for what you do along with relevant and recent experience in delivering Warehousing and Lean Manufacturing


You will hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification and Level 2 Functional Skills as a minimum, along with sector knowledge.

You will be able to display a range of teaching methods to engage with learners with barriers to employment and training.

You should be a confident communicator who is able to build valuable relationships and be happy working to and delivering against targets.
