Who are we?

We are Swingers - the crazy golf club and we are on the search for a Reception Supervisor to join our amazing team

We have two incredible venues that combine crazy golf, street food and cocktails, what's not to love? Both venues have fun nine-hole crazy golf courses, private hire areas, four different street food vendors and high-quality cocktail bars

In short, what will I be doing?

Ensuring that Guest expectations are consistently met and exceeded through your team across the department.

Assisting with the management of reservations, ensuring that the tee-offs are processing accurately.

Making sure that Guest enquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure outstanding service is provided to our Guests.

So, what are we looking for?

Someone with a minimum of one years' experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment.

An excellent communicator who can multitask within a fast-paced environment.

A charismatic, articulate and engaging individual who has previous experience in supervising a team.

Ideally you will have been a Reception Supervisor before within a high-volume, quality hospitality business.
