The role requires good communication and problem solving skills to support patients with varying and complex conditions in their own community setting.

You will have good communication skills, demonstrate empathy towards patients, and work well within a team. Currently the hours of service are Monday to Friday 09.00am 17.00pm. Qualified therapists provide daily support within these hours and regular supervision will be provided.
