Your role at Orbit.
We are looking for a capable individual to work on our repairs team. You will track repair work through, ensuring work is done in a timely and effective manner.

You will liaise with external contractors, deal with queries from wider internal teams and workclosely with the contracts manager to highlight any delays / problems.

You will be customer focused and be able to manage and resolve complaints that come in.

We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work at pace.

The team work in an agile manner, so strong time management and ability to build relationships inperson and remotely will be key.

The team do mix of home and office based working.

  • Strong communications with written and verbal directions.
  • Exceptionally customer orientated and detail focused and demonstrates a passion for delivering consistently good customer outcomes
  • A highly effective individual capable to motivate, engage with field based teams and contractors to deliver optimum performance.
  • Very good team player
  • IT. and Microsoft word astute. Strong excel skills essential.
  • Able to influence other team members and stake holders.
  • Strong commercial background
  • Resilient and an eye for detail
