Looking for a business admin apprentice.

Duties and Responsibilities
Through the Business Administration Apprenticeship, our client is looking for someone who is willing to give 110% for every task and duty throughout the day


These will include:

  • Answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Receptionist duties meet and greet clients, book appointment and meetings, offer customer service and business knowledge
  • Work with other members to produce high quality work
  • Use online systems to update client information, upload documents and information
  • Work closely with clients to ensure that their work is to the highest standard, understand their needs and wants
  • Transferring files from recordings to transcripts
  • General office duties e.g. filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
  • Dealing with issues on the various ecommerce marketplaces from customers.
There could be the opportunity to progress to legal duties during/after the completion of the Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Required Skills and Qualifications
As the Business Administration Apprentice, there are certain skills and qualifications that our clients will be looking for


These will include:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Some experience in a customer service setting or business setting are highly desirable
  • Strong telephone skills are a must
  • GCSEs Maths and English A
  • C


  • IT literacy

  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Docs
  • Online/CRM systems are desirable
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Time management and organisation are essential for this position

Once the Business Administration Apprentice has been on program for 12 months, the rate of pay will increase to minimum working wage
After completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, a permanent position may be offered. This qualification is also highly transferable

The Business Administration Apprentice will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration standard. Full training will be provided by face to face tutor visits, online resources etc. Our 360 Apprenticeships are completely work based learning and full training will be provided.
