Are you an experienced IT technician, perhaps looking to progress into a 3rd line, leadership role, or focus on a specialism?

This hugely successful enterprise has experienced year on year growth since its inception over 15 years ago.

It now boasts an I.T team of over 50 people to work with and learn from, including some of the most experienced technicians in East Anglia and hasexpanded over 3 counties in East Anglia.


Up to circa £43k for 3rd Line, and up to 36k for 2nd line, regular salary reviews, 25 days holiday, no shift patterns.

The Role

  • Supporting client PCs and servers remotely and onsite
  • Win7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 201
  • Managing WHM web servers and DNS for clients
  • A minimum of 2 year of experience supporting small and mediumsized business networks.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016 and Office 36
  • Experience with Windows 7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 2016 and Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013/201
  • Experience installing business computer systems and providing support both remote and onsite
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday - with flexible working and remote working after probation+ 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, increasing with long service
