Description

Responsibilities:

  • Pack items securely in boxes or containers according to company standards
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of packed items
  • Use warehouse management system to track inventory and update packing status
  • Operate forklift to move materials and products as needed
  • Perform picking and packing duties as assigned
  • Load and unload shipments as required
  • Conduct quality control checks on packed items
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment used in a warehouse setting, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Salary:
£10.42 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
