Client Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to working with a highly repoutable organisation in Liverpoool City Centre in order to recruit an Accounts Payable Supervisor on an interim basis with the strong possibility of extension.

Duties will include;

Support the effective and efficient management of the payment processing function, adhering to agreed service level agreements and processes
Production and analysis of key performance indicators, driving a culture of continuous improvement
Ensure any outputs, including reconciliations, are monitored for accuracy addressing issues where required
Ensure internal and external queries are dealt with promptly and effectively
Operate internal controls, rectify identified errors, and take appropriate action, enhancing internal controls where required

The successful Accounts Payable Supervisor:

Experience and strong knowledge of accounts payable functions
Experience of data analysis, delivering performance reports, developing managing information reports and dashboards
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
Good attention to detail with ability to work under pressure, prioritising and managing a varied workload
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
