Client Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to working with a highly repoutable organisation in Liverpoool City Centre in order to recruit an Accounts Payable Supervisor on an interim basis with the strong possibility of extension.

Duties will include;

  • Support the effective and efficient management of the payment processing function, adhering to agreed service level agreements and processes
  • Production and analysis of key performance indicators, driving a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure any outputs, including reconciliations, are monitored for accuracy addressing issues where required
  • Ensure internal and external queries are dealt with promptly and effectively
  • Operate internal controls, rectify identified errors, and take appropriate action, enhancing internal controls where required

The successful Accounts Payable Supervisor:

  • Experience and strong knowledge of accounts payable functions
  • Experience of data analysis, delivering performance reports, developing managing information reports and dashboards
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Good attention to detail with ability to work under pressure, prioritising and managing a varied workload
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
