Client Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to working with a highly repoutable organisation in Liverpoool City Centre in order to recruit an Accounts Payable Supervisor on an interim basis with the strong possibility of extension.
Duties will include;- Support the effective and efficient management of the payment processing function, adhering to agreed service level agreements and processes
- Production and analysis of key performance indicators, driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure any outputs, including reconciliations, are monitored for accuracy addressing issues where required
- Ensure internal and external queries are dealt with promptly and effectively
- Operate internal controls, rectify identified errors, and take appropriate action, enhancing internal controls where required
The successful Accounts Payable Supervisor:
- Experience and strong knowledge of accounts payable functions
- Experience of data analysis, delivering performance reports, developing managing information reports and dashboards
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Good attention to detail with ability to work under pressure, prioritising and managing a varied workload
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
