Are you interested in playing a crucial part in supporting the education of the next generation? An excellent opportunity to contribute to your community by keeping schools clean, safe and ensuring that the site stays fully compliant.

What will you be doing? - General Caretaking Activities ,Emptying Of External Bins, Legionella Compliant Flushing, Internal Maintenance Tasks And Any General Maintenance / Repairs.

Works Also Include Following Schools Monthly Health And Safety Procedure Of The Site Ensuring The Schools Compliant With Health And Safety And Current Legislation.

Works Also Include Booking Of Contractors / Yearly Maintenance Checks.

What do you need to be successful?

Have good attention to detail
Be able to work independently and use own initiative
Demonstrate a reliable and responsible approach
Welcome opportunity to learn and support others
Have maintenance experience, however this is not essential as full training will be provided
You will be required to undergo our enhanced DBS check please let us know upfront on any queries.

Location and Working Hours:
You will be working 5 days On A Split Shift.

07:00 - 09:30 AM - 14:30 - 18:00 PM

Closure Attendance Required.

Paid monthly on a pro rata basis.
