This is an excellent Senior Data Engineer contract opportunity through global digital design agency, who specialise in the design, building, testing and delivery of cutting edge digital products and services.

This client employs over 2,000 professionalsglobally, recently winning some excellent work and are a direct competitor to some big players on the competitive market at the moment.

This role is
FULLY REMOTE, meaning no expenses or travel. You would be working with a global Banking and Financial Services client,
so experience in this is key.

Essential criteria for a Senior Data Engineer:

Hands on coding experience in
Spark:
Strong coding in
Java/Spring:
Designed and built on
AWS:
Flexibility to work on CST hours

Desirable experience for a Senior Data Engineer:

Coding experience with Scala
Experience with Terraform
Data pipeline software, CI/CD and DevOps
Proficient with cloud architecture components in AWS
Confident with Kubernetes and Docker
Confident with using devops tools in an AWS environment
Ansible, Artifactory, Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Maven, and Sonar Qube
