Reporting to the OTC Team Lead in Manchester, the role is responsible for creating and maintaining Vendors and Clients Master data.
The Role
You'll be a part of a team responsible for the accurate set up, maintenance and optimisation of the company's vendor and client master data in Oracle ensuring it is accurate, reliable and secure.
You'll ensure that global standards are met when new entities are onboarded to Oracle and that data quality is fit for purpose.
Role Responsibilities
- Be responsible for actively managing the vendor and customer master data sets.
- Work closely with other functions to promote and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Be the central contact point for all system related enquiries relating to vendors and customers master data.
- Develop data validation and exception reports to maximise data accuracy.
- Ensure datasets are consistent across the wider organisation.
- Escalate complex queries to the OTC Team Lead when necessary.

- Experience with Oracle is preferred
