Temporary Legal Secretary - Private Client
Office based - Ewell
£13.50 p/h - £14.00 p/h (DOE) plus Holiday
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with solid experience working with in Private Client Fee Earners?
Do you pride yourself on providing effective support?
Working for a reputable practice based locally to Epsom, our client is looking for an experienced
Legal Secretary to support their
Private Client department on a Temporary basis whilst they recruit permanently.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Preparing reports, memos, correspondence, forms and manuscripts
- Handling telephone enquiries and passing on messages to and from clients
- Managing post duties
- Opening/ closing files on the system
- Being confident drafting wills and LPAs
- Being able to deal with clients queries re Wills and LPAs
Experience and skills required:
- Strong Secretarial and typing experience
- Previous experience in a Private Client Legal setting is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Good typing skills and IT knowledge
- Experience with a case management system
