Description

  • 6 month contract initially, possibility to extend
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am5pm, with 1 week in 4 working an early shift of 7.30am4pm
  • Hybrid working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home
  • Fulltime training in the office for 23 weeks

This is a 6 month maternity cover which may have the possibility of being extended and becoming permanent depending on the needs of the team and business levels.


Duties will include:

  • Providing the highest standards of customer service to a variety of customers
  • Taking ownership of queries through from beginning to end
  • Liaising between departments, third party suppliers and customers
