Customer Service Executive - Loughton, United Kingdom - Jems Recruitment Ltd
Description
- 6 month contract initially, possibility to extend
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am5pm, with 1 week in 4 working an early shift of 7.30am4pm
- Hybrid working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home
- Fulltime training in the office for 23 weeks

This is a 6 month maternity cover which may have the possibility of being extended and becoming permanent depending on the needs of the team and business levels.
Duties will include:
- Providing the highest standards of customer service to a variety of customers
- Taking ownership of queries through from beginning to end
- Liaising between departments, third party suppliers and customers
