Typical clients include Government, Utilities, Healthcare, MOJ and MOD to name a few. Due to a major contract win G4S are looking to recruit dedicated Stock Controller.

What will you be doing
Booking in of stock from official delivery notes sent from 3 rd Party Distribution Partners.

Advising external suppliers of any shipment discrepancies.

Creating pick lists and sending them to our 3 rd Party distribution partners.

Reconciling stock daily against external stock reports.

Solving issues that may arise with stock discrepancies in the 3 rd Part Distribution Partners

warehouse.

Performing stock takes at 3 rd Party Distribution Partners as and when required.

Occasional client visits in Manchester.

What we are looking for
Experience in a similar role.

Maths & English at GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)

Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Fluent in written and spoken English with good communication skills.

Strong numerical, analytical skills and a strong financial acumen.

High attention to detail.

There is also some must haves
Must be able to pass BS7858 screening.

Clean full UK driving license, with no more than 6 points.

Enhanced DBS.

Some government sites will require further screening.
