Responsibilities:


In this role, you will support the Repair Production Control Manager in ensuring our Medical Repair Service (MRS) Division remains continuously improving in operational processes and quality management system procedures.

Dedicated to driving down the "redo" rate in the repair process - working within the Medical Repair Service and supporting all functions with root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions and carrying out effectiveness checks

  • Trouble shooting problems or flaws in the repair process and trend repair data to determine whether alternative repair process solutions can be found by carrying out observations
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysis, and summarizing data, making recommendations and reporting of quality issues
  • Analysis, identification and implementation of repair and business process improvements which will improve capability and performance (LEAN)
  • Propose process improvements demonstrating year on year savings, costs for implementation and timescales
Your qualification

  • You will be an experienced Administrator, with strong analytical skills
  • Experience of collecting, analysing and summarising data/information
  • Ability to present information in a structured way to audiences of varied technical levels
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are essential (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables for example)
