As a senior finance manager, you will be responsible for FP&A and business reports to a variety of business units.

Since you will be reporting directly to the head of finance, my client is therefore looking for someone who is incredibly ambitious, numerate,and focussing on continuous improvement.


What you'll be doing:


  • Perform monthly forecasting and annual business planning processes.
  • Perform month end including producing flash, month end and business reviews reports.
  • Perform and take full ownership for the integrity and accuracy for the business unit P&L and balance sheet.
  • Own working capital and cash for business unit, providing accurate forecasts monthly and ensuring tight control of work in progress & debt.
  • Liaise with the Division / Group teams (consolidation, tax, audit, and reporting teams) and respond to adhoc and routine queries on time.
  • Business partnering with operational team over forecasts implement process improvements to increase forecasting accuracy.

What is required:


  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with excellent technical and systems skills
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to influence decision making process through clear presentation of financials.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • FP&A and business partnering experience.
  • Experience of working capital management, including understanding of the endtoend billing and cash recovery cycle
  • Six Sigma Green Belt would be advantages.
