Job Purpose and Scope
Support our team; responsible for supporting all parts of the business through a variety of customer service-based functions.
This is a broad role which will include dealing with customers on multiple platforms and supporting the day-to-day business operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer queries through the business software (Freshdesk).
- Answering the phone in the office/shop as needed.
- Managing customer bookings via our ticketing system.
- Passing on customer feedback/suggestions.
- Escalating issues as needed to the relevant manager or supervisor in house.
- Maintaining customer interaction on all social platforms replying to comments and questions, liking photos and sharing customer reviews.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with sourcing content for socials and advertising.
- Potential to assist in future blog writing/creation.
- Liaising with the office and wider teams to build relationships.
- Assisting office staff as needed with admin tasks including but not limited to scanning, filing, form creation/completion, ordering and maintaining in house processes.
Skills & Experience
Knowledge
Essential
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word and with a good knowledge of social media platforms
Desirable
Knowledge of customer service based software

- Experience in, and a passion for, delivering fabulous customer service
- Experience in working with customers on the phone and in writing
- The ability to be able to build rapport quickly, and enjoy dealing with customers

Hours - we are looking to cover a full day on a Saturday (to be worked at the shop) and 2 half days in the week to be worked in the farm office.

From £10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
