Better Placed are pleased to be working with a UK much loved Food Production company and they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team

The Role:As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for retail customers, regarding orders, claims and returns and ensuring that they receive the best quality customer service.

  • You will provide a professional and dedicated first point of contact for all retail customers
  • To ensure that the best possible customer service levels are provided
  • To ensure that order entry is done accurately and on a timely basis
  • Advise customers on all relevant activity on their accounts
  • Monitor actual orders against forecasted volumes and report findings to the business
  • Working with internal departments to ensure stock availability and prompt movement of stock to avoid delays
  • Providing Adhoc support to the logistics teams

You:


  • Competent in both verbal and written communication
  • Good organisational skills
  • Customer service or supply chain knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Confident to speak on the phones
  • To be able to provide quality customer service
