Better Placed are pleased to be working with a UK much loved Food Production company and they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team

The Role:As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for retail customers, regarding orders, claims and returns and ensuring that they receive the best quality customer service.
- You will provide a professional and dedicated first point of contact for all retail customers
- To ensure that the best possible customer service levels are provided
- To ensure that order entry is done accurately and on a timely basis
- Advise customers on all relevant activity on their accounts
- Monitor actual orders against forecasted volumes and report findings to the business
- Working with internal departments to ensure stock availability and prompt movement of stock to avoid delays
- Providing Adhoc support to the logistics teams
You:
- Competent in both verbal and written communication
- Good organisational skills
- Customer service or supply chain knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Confident to speak on the phones
- To be able to provide quality customer service
