WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join the Property Services Administration team on a Fixed Term Appointment to cover Maternity Leave.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Property Services department
- Deal with and resolve incoming enquiries from contractors and other members of the team in line with policies and procedures. E.g. valuation queries, invoice queries and completed works
- Provide cover for other teams and carry out other duties to reflect the changing workloads and priorities within the department
- Undertake projects as directed by the Planned Programme & Administration Manager or Senior Property Services Administration Officer
As part of the Property Services Administration Team, contribute to the overall development of the team objectives, goal setting and team targets.
WHAT WILL THE RIGHT PERSON LOOK LIKE?
Qualifications and work experience:
- Able to demonstrate a level of numeracy and literacy to the equivalent required of the post
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, file management)
- Demonstrate a commitment to putting the customer first and the ability to deliver a consistently high quality service
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to follow set procedures and systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage and prioritise own workload
Skills
- To work on own initiative, selfmotivated and be able to work under pressure.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude to change and have the ability and willingness to identify opportunities to improve performance
