We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.Your main objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist customers with their inquiries in person
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Organizational skills to manage customer inquiries efficiently
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Salary:
From £23,974.00 per year
