This role working at Ashley Court based in Lincoln will help maintain clean and hygienic environments for our customers.

Based close to local transport connections, the role is offered on a permanent, part-time basis, for 25 hours per week, worked across 5 days.

We are flexible around working hours, with start times ranging between 9am - 11am and finishing times between 2pm - 4pm.

Ashley Court is a CQC Registered Residential Home, supporting customers with physical disabilities and other complex needs.


The role primarily consists of cleaning communal spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, bin areas, laundry rooms, and also daily laundry within the scheme, with some other cleaning duties that may need addressing.


The Role
Joining as our Domestic Cleaner at Ashley Court, you'll like to keep things looking great.

You'll know the importance of why a good standard of cleanliness and hygiene is important to our customers and will support our site in achieving this vital goal.


Whether that be ensuring that communal floors are cleaned, laundry is completed, windows are sparkling or surfaces as spotless, you know what good looks like.

You'll be directly creating an environment that supports us in improving lives through the provision of fantastic living spaces for our customers.

Within this role you will join a welcoming and friendly team who are committed to delivering a heartfelt service.


About You


Whilst awareness of health and safety requirements would be desirable, we will also offer training to develop your knowledge in this area.

As part of this role you will also need to be comfortable in working with our customers

Naturally working with our customers, we need to complete pre-employment checks before you join us. This role is conditional upon receipt of two satisfactory references (one from your current employer).

We also need you to tell us what you have been up to over the past 5 years as a minimum in terms of employment history.

This could include carer duties, travel, seeking work, education, employment, training, or volunteering.
