• Manage the company's ecommerce website and ensure that products are uptodate and accurately described.
• Write and update product & category descriptions
• Write content for our blog
• Manage product images and ensure they are high quality and accurately depict the product
• Monitor website performance, analyze traffic data, and suggest improvements to optimize the customer experience
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth operation of the ecommerce website
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 12 years of experience in ecommerce management or related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as WooCommerce
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics
• Experience in product photography and photo editing is a plus
