The University of Strathclyde's Directorate of Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SHaW)work to minimise risks to the health, safety and wellbeing of staff, students, researchers, contractors, and others engaged with our work activities.

We are seeking a highly organised, self-motivated and people-oriented Administrator to join the SHaW team, as part of the Occupational Health Service (OHS), and provide professional administrative support to the Occupational Manager, Occupational Health Advisors, and associates of the OHS.

You will play a key role in administering and monitoring a compliant, corporate health and safety management framework which will support operational staff to successfully manage occupational health, wellbeing, and health and safety at a faculty/campus level.

This will include maintaining and developing administrative systems and processes, assisting in preparing accurate reports on occupational health performance for the institution, as well as dealing with diary management, taking meeting minutes, transcribing dictated doctor's reports, and handling questions and correspondence in a professional and confidential manner.

You will have excellent organisational, planning and communication skills, an outstanding track record of supporting colleagues across a large, complex organisation, and the ability to review and monitor arrangements to ensure continual improvement.
