RSW are pleased to be working alongside our new client. They are a family run business who specialize in the sales, service and maintenance of Fire Safety equipment. They have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their team.The Role:
- Process invoices within a timely manner to include scanning and e mailing
- Provide quotations
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and quotations
- Manage the set up of new customers
- Answer telephone calls and e mails
- Lock up at the end of the day
- Provide admin support to the team
- Have good communication skills both written and verbal
- Show great attention to detail
- Be computer literate with great organisational skills
- Work well as apart of a team as well as individually
- Be able to work to deadlines.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Salary:
From £10.42 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
