Description
RSW are pleased to be working alongside our new client. They are a family run business who specialize in the sales, service and maintenance of Fire Safety equipment. They have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their team.


The Role:

  • Process invoices within a timely manner to include scanning and e mailing
  • Provide quotations
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and quotations
  • Manage the set up of new customers
  • Answer telephone calls and e mails
  • Lock up at the end of the day
  • Provide admin support to the team
  • Have good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Show great attention to detail
  • Be computer literate with great organisational skills
  • Work well as apart of a team as well as individually
  • Be able to work to deadlines.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
From £10.42 per hour

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
