Are you a construction disputes lawyer or a commercial litigation solicitor interested in a new challenge?


Hunter Savage is currently partnering with this leading international law firm to recruit contentious construction associates into one of the largest construction teams in Scotland.

This is a really exciting opportunity to work with this leading Partner and get exposure to large multi-jurisdictional construction disputes.

This role is based in their offices in either Glasgow/Edinburgh and would suit someone 2 + years PQE.


Our Client


Our client is a leading international law firm with a leading construction & infrastructure team advising a range of clients on domestic and international construction disputes.

They have one of the largest contentious construction teams in Scotland and the team is led by a leading Partner.

They would regularly advise and work on large scale disputes to cover energy disputes, large scale multi-jurisdictional adjudications, high value professional negligence matters etc.

The Person
Ideally you will meet the following criteria;

  • Qualified Solicitor
  • Ideally 2 + years PQE
  • Previous experience of either construction disputes or professional negligence matters ideally within a large commercial law firm, consideration will also be given to very strong commercial litigators with a genuine interest in construction
  • Comfortable managing a busy caseload with very strong organisational skills
  • Very strong communication with strong negotiation skills
