About Our Client:

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices and resolving any billing queries.
Collaborating with internal teams to address any discrepancies in client accounts and invoices.
Accurately recording and updating financial transactions in the company's systems.
Monitoring debtor balances and ensuring the reduction of outstanding debts.
Preparing regular reports on accounts receivable and highlighting any potential issues.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure open communication and prompt payment.
Assisting in the development and implementation of credit control processes and procedures.
Ad-Hoc duties to support the team.

The Successful Applicant:

Proven experience as a Credit Controller, preferably within a law firm
Sound understanding of financial principles and credit control processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
A proactive attitude towards problemsolving and process improvement.
