Key Responsibilities:


  • Contacting clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices and resolving any billing queries.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address any discrepancies in client accounts and invoices.
  • Accurately recording and updating financial transactions in the company's systems.
  • Monitoring debtor balances and ensuring the reduction of outstanding debts.
  • Preparing regular reports on accounts receivable and highlighting any potential issues.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure open communication and prompt payment.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of credit control processes and procedures.
  • Ad-Hoc duties to support the team.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller, preferably within a law firm
  • Sound understanding of financial principles and credit control processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive attitude towards problemsolving and process improvement.
