£10.30 per hour (plus discretioary Cost of Living Allowance)

Hours:37.5 hours per week, will include a Saturday

As a
Linen Porter you will take pride in your contribution to a team who ensure the highest level of cleanliness for our guests.

You will be responsible for overseeing the whole linen stock inventory and you will have accountability for record keeping for stock takes.

Therefore, if you enjoy number, love organising and have great attention to detail then this is the role for you.


What you'll do...

  • Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and accurately as required in relation to linen stock control for audit purposes.
  • Running the inventory for accommodation on let days using Company's gator
  • Prepare linen and towels order maintaining sufficient stock levels
  • Preparing clean linen and towel bags
  • Stripping beds
  • Report to the Housekeeper immediately any known linen stock losses or misused linen.
  • Collection and delivery of linen and towels
  • Cleaning Village Square
  • Ensure routine cleaning is carried out in your allocated area of work.
  • Assisting Housekeepers when necessary

What you'll bring...

Experience:


  • Similar experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Experience working as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • This role requires you to have a full, clean driving licence._

Skills:


  • Passion for delivering excellent housekeeping experience
  • Ability to work positively, proactively and calmly under pressure to meet fixed deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
