Description

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Act as a representative of one of our clients, becoming knowledgeable about their products or services.

Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and facilitate sales transactions.

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally, aiming for prompt resolution to maintain satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring promotional materials are attractive and accessible.


Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, actively contributing to the overall success of the retail territory.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.

Participate in training programs and meetings to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers, increasing revenue potential.

Provide feedback to management regarding resident preferences, product performance, and areas for improvement.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Prior experience in residential sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents.

Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage and assist residents.

Basic mathematical skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills to address concerns and find appropriate resolutions.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and documenting information.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings, based on the needs of the retail location


Pay:
£700.00-£900.00 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • East London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
