Long-term, Full-time
Hours:
Monday to Friday, Term Time Only (8.30 am to 3.35 pm, non-negotiable)
Salary:
£90-£100 per day, paid weekly

Join our team at The Supply Room, where we're proud to support a special school tailored to students aged 4 to 17.
The school caters to a diverse range of needs, including profound and complex difficulties, severe learning challenges, and autism.Recently commended by Ofsted for exceptional personal development programs, the school offers a supportive environment across two sites (Primary and Secondary), with this position to be working on the Primary Site.
Role Summary:
Are you enthusiastic, inspiring, and resilient? We're on the lookout for skilled Teaching Assistants to join our mission. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in nurturing students' learning and well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teachers in lesson delivery and activities.
- Providing tailored support to students with diverse needs.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborating with colleagues to craft engaging learning experiences.
- Contributing to the overall development and progress of our students.
- Above average pay rate on offer, of £90£100 per day dependant on experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience working with children, with a focus on those with SEND.
- A genuine passion for working with children and adolescents.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
