PURPOSE

WHAT WE DO

We provide more buildings for hire than anyone else, including modular buildings for sale and rent, and off-site permanent buildings for sale for temporary, semi-permanent and permanent use.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professionally triage incoming telephone calls from our customers, taking time to accurately understand the reason for the call and hand off successfully to the correct department whilst providing a highquality customer experience.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and feedback sessions to ensure we continually improve service to our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Welcome guests as they arrive at the support centre and represent the brand in a courteous and helpful fashion.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, photocopying, data entry and distribution of mail and deliveries)

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

You will demonstrate strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the tenacity to learn whilst being live in the role.

Excellent listening skills, a can-do attitude, and a drive to take ownership for finding solutions are essential.
